Everlasting Daisy Mixed Flower Seeds – Xerochrysum bracteatum

Our Australian native Everlasting Daisy, also known as Paper Daisy or Strawflower, is a short-lived perennial that grows up to 90cm tall. These seeds produce large, vibrant daisies with golden orange centres and papery petals in a stunning range of colours, including red, pink, orange, yellow, and white. Perfect for native gardens, containers, beds, borders, coastal areas, and rockeries, these low-maintenance plants are tolerant of poor soil and drought conditions. The flowers bloom from spring to autumn and attract native bees and hoverflies. Additionally, they make excellent cut or dried flowers that can last indefinitely.
Each packet contains 100 seeds.

Planting Instructions:

  • Sowing Time: Spring to early summer (after last frost)

  • Position: Full sun to partial shade

  • Soil: Well-drained, poor to moderately fertile soil (tolerant of poor soils)

  • Sowing Depth: Lightly cover with soil (3-5mm deep)

  • Spacing: 25-30cm apart

  • Germination Time: 7-14 days

  • Flowering Time: 10-12 weeks from sowing (spring to autumn)
