How To Grow

Choose a warm, well-drained soil for optimal growth.

For frost areas, sow Coleus seeds indoors (in seed trays or cell plug trays) 3-4 weeks before transplanting. Plant about 0.5cm deep. Transplant the seedlings 30cm apart, being cautious not to disturb the roots.

For frost-free areas, sow Coleus seeds directly into the warm soil and space the seeds 2 per 30cm.

Provide adequate support for the growing plants, if necessary.

Protect the plants from slugs and other pests.

Ensure regular watering to maintain moist soil. Monitor for signs of overwatering or waterlogging, adjusting watering frequency as needed.

Prune or pinch back the plants regularly to encourage bushier growth.
